Chow Ciao Chow lives and works in Hong Kong. After graduating in fashion and textiles, he worked successfully as a fashion designer. In 2014 he co-founded the experimental room “MUM's NOT HOME”. He then experimented with painting faces in different colors for different personalities. In 2018 Chow held his first solo exhibition “Collect Human Faces”, in which he showed 100 early portraits from this period. In his “CCC Project“ Commission Portrait ”he mainly focuses on portrait painting. In 2019 he started a new collection entitled “No More Sorrow”, which is based on personal emotions. The depiction of tears symbolizes his own feelings. A cathartic scream that releases positive energy.
The latest exhibition of Chow Ciao Chow can be seen from August 28, 2021 to October 2, 2021 at the New Art Salon Foundation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
